Yes. you sign up once and can create a brand page, a creator profile, or both. Switch between them from the menu at the top: posts, chats and notifications are kept separate for each.

No. NepoFeed takes no commission. Brands pay creators directly, and pages pay a simple subscription to use the marketplace.

KYC keeps the marketplace free of fake accounts and scams. Verified pages are trusted more by the other side, and KYC is needed for the blue tick.

The Studio is where graphic creators design stickers, GIFs and avatars that members send in chat and comments. Every time someone uses one of your designs, you earn money.

Open it from Account → Studio on the website. The Studio is on the website only; your stickers, GIFs and avatars work everywhere, including the Android and iPhone apps. It uses your personal account: you don't need a creator profile or brand page.

On your first visit a short tour shows how it works; choose Take the tour in the Studio menu to see it again.

1. Go to Account → Studio and choose Join the Studio.
2. Pick the creator name members will see on your packs.
3. If the Studio plan is required, subscribe from Studio → Studio plan (eSewa, Khalti, connectIPS, card or bank transfer).
4. Create your first pack and add your designs.

Joining is free; the plan is only needed to submit packs for review when it's switched on.

Graphic creators may need the Studio plan to submit packs for review. You'll see the price and periods (weekly, monthly or yearly) under Studio → Studio plan. Renewing adds time after your current end date, nothing renews automatically, and we remind you 3 days before it ends.

If the plan isn't required right now, submitting packs is free.

1. Studio → My packs → Create pack: choose Stickers, GIFs or Avatars and name it.
2. Add items: upload your files, or design them in the Maker (sticker editor with outline and caption, avatar builder, GIF maker with effects).
3. When the pack has enough items, choose Submit for review.

Files: PNG or WEBP with a transparent background for stickers and avatars, GIF for GIF packs; square, 128 to 1024 pixels (512 × 512 is best).

Our team reviews every pack. When you submit, an automatic duplicate check compares each item with every other pack, so resized, recoloured or re-saved copies of someone else's work are flagged for the reviewer.

Packs are declined for copied work, low quality images, too few distinct items, or content that isn't allowed (nudity, hate, violence, or brands and people used without permission). You'll get a notification with the reason and can fix the pack and submit again.

When we approve a pack we set how much it earns per 1,000 uses: you see the amount on the pack and in Earnings. The more members use your designs, the more you earn.

A use counts when a member sends one of your items in chat or on a comment, or sets your avatar as their profile photo. To keep it fair:

• your own uses don't count,
• each member counts up to a daily limit per pack.

Uses are added to your balance every hour; until then they show as On its way.

1. Add your eSewa, Khalti or bank account under Studio → Profile & payouts (stored encrypted).
2. Open Studio → Withdrawals, enter the amount and choose Withdraw.

There's a smallest amount per withdrawal and one request at a time. We send the money within a few working days and add the transaction reference; you'll find it under Paid history. If a transfer fails, the money goes back to your balance and we tell you why.

In chat, tap the sticker button next to the message box. On a post, tap the sticker button beside Write a comment. Pick from Recently used or any pack; search by pack or creator name.

You can also use a store avatar as your profile photo from Edit profile.

The Studio is for active members with an audience. Open Account → Studio on the website to see your checklist; it can include:

• how long you've been a member,
• your connections and followers,
• your posts and My Day stories over the last few months,
• reactions and comments other members left on your posts in that time.

Each line shows where you are and what's needed. When every line is ticked, Join the Studio appears. Activity counts from your personal account, not your pages.

Yes. From time to time we run offers and discount codes on the Studio plan. Offers you can use show on Studio → Studio plan and at checkout; some are sent just to you by notification and email.

Type the code under Discount code at checkout and choose Apply. A code is counted when your payment is confirmed, and each code can be used once.

Gifts are a way to support the people, creators and brands you love, like TikTok gifts or Facebook Stars. You send them from the comments of posts and videos, and they show there like a comment.

Gifts are bought with coins. Buy coins from your wallet under Account → Coins & gifts. Each gift shows how many coins it costs.

1. Open Account → Coins & gifts (or tap Gift anywhere and choose Get coins).
2. Pick a pack. Coins are paid from your wallet.
3. Not enough in your wallet? Add funds with eSewa, Khalti, connectIPS, card or bank transfer, then buy the pack.

Coins never expire. They can only be used for gifts and can't be turned back into money.

Open the comments of a post or video, tap the gift icon next to the comment box, pick a gift and send it. Anything you typed goes with it, and the gift shows in the comments for everyone. The coins come off your balance straight away and the person sees who sent it.

You can only send gifts to people, creators and brands who have turned gifts on.

Every gift shows two values: what it costs the sender and what the receiver gets. By default the receiver gets 70% of a gift's coins and the rest pays for running NepoFeed (payments, safety and storage), for example a 100-coin gift earns the receiver 70 coins.

The exact values are set by our team and shown on each gift.

Open Account → Monetization. For your personal profile and for each of your creator profiles and brand pages you'll see the eligibility checklist: account age, followers, posts and being 18 or older (and an identity check for pages, when it's required).

When every line is ticked, turn on Receive gifts. A gift icon then appears in the comment box of your posts and videos.

Gifts are for active, genuine accounts. The checklist under Account → Monetization shows exactly what's missing, for example a few more followers or posts. Accounts that break our community rules can lose access to gifts.

Coins you receive are earned coins. Under Account → Coins & gifts → Earnings, choose Move to wallet: earned coins become gems in your wallet at the rate shown there.

From your wallet you can withdraw to eSewa, Khalti or your bank, or spend the gems on plans, the blue tick, ads or more coins.
